From public issue to response, decision and present outcome — kept as separate, dated records. Not a true/false verdict engine.

Methodology & evidence model

How a matter is recorded, sourced and kept honest over time.

Issue, response, outcome — separated

Each record keeps the original proposition, the complete attributable response, the official decision and the present status as distinct, dated fields. An initial allegation is never presented as the final event.

Sources

Primary records first (court, tribunal, regulator, audit office), corroboration second. Each source carries its publisher, publication date and retrieval date, and a tier from A (primary official) to E (not citable as fact). Reporting is shown as "as reported by".

What we avoid

No true/false verdicts. We do not label a matter resolved unless the cited record supports it; a civil settlement is not a criminal conviction; an arbitration award is not a regulatory penalty. We quote sparingly and link to the source rather than republishing damaging language for visibility. Pages are not created because a hostile keyword has search volume.
